Software Development

  • Refund eligibility: Refunds for software development projects will be considered within the initial development phase, which is typically the first 20% of the project timeline.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the progress or quality during this phase, a refund request can be submitted.
  • Once the initial development phase is complete, refunds will not be granted, but revisions and modifications may be considered based on the project contract.
  • Software Development refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after approval.

Website Design and Development

  • Refund eligibility: Refunds for website design and development services will be considered within the initial design and wireframing phase, which is typically the first 20% of the project timeline.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the design concepts or wireframes, a refund request can be submitted.
  • Once the initial design phase is complete, refunds will not be granted, but revisions and modifications may be considered based on the project contract.
  • Website Design and Development refunds will be processed within 3-6 business days after approval.

SEO Service

  • Refund eligibility: Refunds for SEO services will be considered within the first 2-5 business days of service initiation.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide evidence that the agreed-upon SEO strategies were not implemented or did not yield measurable results.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered or if there is a breach of the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Monthly Subscription

  • Refund eligibility: Refunds for monthly subscription services will be considered within the first 30 days of the subscription period.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the client must cancel the subscription within the first 30 days and provide a valid reason for the cancellation.
  • Refunds will not be provided for subscription periods that have already elapsed or if there is a breach of the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
